What are your costs for shipping, local delivery, and/or store pickup?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. If your order is more than $150, you may qualify for free shipping. We do not offer local delivery nor store pickup. For exact rates, please check our Shipping Policy.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Typically, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and delivery can take 3-7 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary.

We use USPS as our main shipping carrier.

To which countries and/or towns do you send your products?

We ship to the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not offer international shipping.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns within 15 days for a full refund and 30 days for product replacements.

What would be the steps to follow if I want to make a change to my order?

What would be the steps to follow if I do not receive my order?

If you haven't received your order, contact us at jledo@landlcustomshop.com with your order number and details so we can investigate and provide you with an update or solution.

What would be the steps to follow if I receive my order defective or damaged?

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at jledo@landlcustomshop.com with photos of the defective or damaged item, and we will guide you through the return process or offer a replacement.

What products can be returned?

Shirts can be returned provided they are in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

What products cannot be returned?

Used tumblers cannot be returned. Additionally, perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are non-returnable.

What products can be exchanged for another?

Items eligible for return (such as shirts in their original condition) can be exchanged. Please follow the return process, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How long do I have to return an item or product?

You have 15 days from receipt for a full return and 30 days for a product replacement.

What are the conditions or rules to return or exchange a product?
